SOLD I'm offering for sale my lovely Ford model C as I have recently acquired the tourer version and can't keep both vehicles. The car had a substantial restoration in the late eighties by Ford apprentices. This included a full re-paint, full re-trim, re-wire and engine overhaul. The car still presents very well today and is a nice useable classic that has taken me to many shows without fault. Viewing welcome.

SOLD This vehicle was owned by Ford Y&C Model Register member Michael Riches, who sadly passed away in July of this year. The attached photographs give a good indication of the condition of the car, which had been well maintained by the owner, an engineer. Although the vehicle registration is obscured, it is the original 1936 Somerset number. There are also some spares that will be included in the sale.
It has been used regularly over the years at Shows and Events, mainly local, the last one being just before Michael passed away. The car is in Essex and can be viewed, by appointment only, through the Executor for the Estate of Michael Riches on 07541 240607. Price - £6,000 |

SOLD Two Model Y four door saloons for restoration - 1934 model and 1937 model. Both have been stored for 30+ years in my garage and under cover.
The 1937 model is completely broken down in parts, with the Green body resting on the chassis. It comes with new and original log book. The 1934 model is 80% together, with the engine out and bonnet/grill off. It comes with original log book, or it may be classed as an extension to the original. Both are ripe for restoration, but it is now time for me to move them on as I need the space. I would like to receive offers in the region of £1600 for each car. I also have many spare parts including an extra door, wheels, gearboxes, suspension units etc. It has been over 35 years since I looked at them, as they are stored in boxes in a cellar under the car. I would prefer to sell all the above as one lot, if possible, but please contact me if you are interested in part or all of the above. The cars are in Sittingbourne, Kent. Please see pictures below - 1937 model (in garage) is green, and the black 1934 model is stored covered outside. |
